Where is your factory located and what is your production scale?

Our modern manufacturing base is located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, covering an area of over 1,000 acres with a total investment of RMB 3 billion. The base integrates R&D centers, testing laboratories, assembly workshops and full-process inspection systems. We have nearly 3,000 employees and an annual production capacity of up to 30,000 units of various special vehicles and emergency equipment.

We are equipped with more than 500 sets of advanced manufacturing equipment and over 100 professional testing systems, including laser cutting & precision metal processing equipment, automated welding and assembly lines, professional painting facilities, and full-vehicle performance inspection systems. Sinotruk HOWO 6×4 rear-tandem 25-ton garbage compactor built on the ZZ1254N5747F11 chassis and engineered for high-frequency, heavy-duty municipal refuse transfer. Tail LED work lamps, red/white reflective guards, a multi-way tail valve, CAN control console, leachate outlet and anti-slip side walkway are all standard.

Powertrain: Yuchai YCS06270-60 270 hp (199 kW) 6.2 L in-line six-cylinder high-pressure common-rail diesel, backed by a 9 t HF9 steering front axle and twin 16 t HC16 single-reduction rear axles with differential lock.

A 300 mm double-layer high-strength continuous frame with 8 mm thickened plate and densified cross bearers carries the load; dual-circuit air parking brakes with WABCO ABS, engine exhaust brake and spring-energy parking brake are standard.

The wide semi-sleeper tilting cab offers factory climate-control A/C, power windows, central locking, a multifunction steering wheel, digital instruments and hydraulically damped seats.

The T700 high-strength weather-resistant steel body uses an overall frame structure with a high-strength arc one-piece push plate that resists pressure and deformation; the packer and body mate through an adjustable hydraulic-locking fully sealed structure. A large-capacity flow-guide leachate tank with a Φ60 galvanized drain outlet and silicone sealing strips collects leachate and prevents secondary pollution of the road.

Hydraulics feature a large-bore multi-way valve and high-flow gear pump (optional duplex pump), name-brand cylinders with shot-blasted anti-rust barrels, dual-direction balance and back-pressure valves, graphite-nylon wear sliders and UK Hallite seals, plus extended high-pressure filters; a dual-pump convergence option raises cycle speed.

CAN-bus intelligent control allows cab and tail dual-station operation with automatic cycle, manual single-action and wireless remote modes, plus tail night work lamps.

A standard barrel-lifting rack raises two 120 L/240 L bins simultaneously; triangular hoppers, sealed hoppers, swing-arm hoppers and 660 L bin lifters are optional. Safety features include independent slide/wiper controls, multiple emergency stops, packer-lowering interlocks, self-locking lift cylinders, hydraulic cushioning and pipeline overflow protection.

Optional upgrades: pneumatic sealed deodorizing cover, twin-pump hydraulics, 360° panoramic camera, reversing radar, stainless-steel body and spray deodorizing system.
