The Dongfeng Kaipute CLW5080ZYSBEV is a fully electric garbage compactor truck developed for refuse collection in environmentally sensitive urban areas. Refuse is force-compacted by an electro-hydraulic mechanism to reach 2–3 times the loading volume of an ordinary garbage truck, with fully enclosed, leak-free operation and zero exhaust.
